By accessing this website or placing a pre-order for Gryphon Atlas™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Pre-Orders
A pre-order reserves a Gryphon Atlas™ unit at the listed launch price and is subject to availability. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee a delivery date; estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and may change.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until an order is placed. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship by the estimated date. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once shipped, standard return and warranty terms apply. To cancel or request a refund, contact support@gryphonconnect.com.
6. Product Use & Warranty
Gryphon Atlas™ is intended for lawful personal and small-business networking use. The product is covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty as described in its documentation. Misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair may void the warranty.

8. Disclaimers
This site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available." While Atlas is engineered for strong security, no product can guarantee protection against every threat. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gryphon Online Safety, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
